The residential building—an older structure dating back to the farm's founding—was solidly constructed with a basement level as part of a project to relocate agricultural operations. The building houses two self-contained residential units, as well as several utility rooms and a garage located in the basement.
It is in a condition consistent with its age, requiring a moderate level of renovation, and features basic fittings and finishes.

Indoor Riding Arena: 20 x 40 m, built in 2008
The arena features a steel and timber structure with perimeter wooden kickboards. The riding area measures 20 x 40 meters. The riding surface consists of a "Stremmer" sand mixture. The arena is equipped with lighting and an irrigation system.

Outdoor Riding Arena:
A 20 x 20-meter arena offering versatile usage options. It features a stabilized base and a riding surface made of "Stremmer" sand. Main stable:
• 5 loose boxes with paddocks
• Loose box for 2 horses with paddock
• 8 outdoor boxes, partially covered (7 of which have paddocks)
• Open-front stable for 6 horses
• 1 single box (currently used as a salt therapy chamber)

Stable located above the main yard:
• 14 large loose boxes (unheated/cold stable design) with a heated watering system

2 open-front stables next to the indoor riding arena:
• 1 pasture shelter tent for 2 horses with a heated waterer

A concrete manure storage area is located on the premises. The manure is supplied as organic fertilizer for agricultural land.
